Chuk Campos has over 40 years of business experience in a variety of environments from large corporations to small startups.  Chuk is a serial entrepreneur with an ability to develop highly creative and effective solutions.  Embracing change, Chuk is a contrary thinker, consensus maker, and team builder who works especially well with scientists and engineers to help bring out their best.  Chuk holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University. Chuk is a member of the Alameda County Agriculture Advisory Committee, Innovation Tri-Valley, and the Bar Association of San Francisco.

A veteran of Silicon Valley, Mr. Rekhi has been a key player in the Silicon Valley (California) venture community since its inception. Mr. Rekhi has been able to be a part of success stories such as TestDrive Systems (acquired by RR Donnelly), AudioHighway (Nasdaq: AHWY, Market cap USD 500 Million), CyberPlus (acquired by A4 Systems), Intellimatch, Mars Communications (Acquired by Globespan).

Rich Young, Founder

Mr. Young brings over 30 years of management and consulting experience operating Young Business Development, a San Francisco-Silicon Valley-based business consultancy primarily designed to serve the strategic needs of startup and early-stage companies. Clients include a diverse cross-section of companies and employ resources of his international and domestic business network. The assignment scope varies from client to client.

Mr. Young’s experience includes work in commercial real estate development, high-tech, medical devices, cyber security, and energy (solar, wind, biofuels, pyrolysis, and waste-to-energy initiatives) among other assignments.
